Cayla has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2016. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, along with a TEFL certificate, from Ohio University. Following her studies, she served as an Education Volunteer with the Peace Corps, where she spent two years teaching English to students in grades 5 through 8. Cayla later earned her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University and is a Certified Behavioral Sleep Practitioner (CBSP).

Outside of her professional work, Cayla enjoys traveling, reading, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her cat.
