ABA is a scientifically validated approach to understanding behavior and how it is affected by the environment. We focus on increasing functional communication, daily living skills, and social skills through the natural environment, while teaching replacement behaviors for challenging behaviors.

Our social skills group will focus on play goals such as sharing, turn taking, group instruction, and emotional regulation.
Our groups are scheduled based on age:
3-5 years old (1 hour)
6-8 years old (1.5 hours)
Caregiver training can be offered through telehealth services. We always use a HIPAA compliant portal to protect your privacy.

During our phone consultation, if you have decided that AMS is the right fit, we will contact your insurance to verify insurance benefits. We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna. We can also go over private pay rates.
The BCBA will complete an initial assessment in your home. The assessment will include an informal interview as well as an assessment with your child to assess your child's skills. The BCBA will write up a treatment plan with recommendations of goals. The BCBA will then review the treatment plan with you.
Once we receive approval from your insurance, we can get started with ABA! Private pay families are able to start right away.
